**Delivery of Services:

Upon successful payment, you'll receive an automated receipt with your unique customer username from InCom Cloud. We prioritize swift service delivery, and any potential delays will be promptly communicated. All orders are electronically delivered, and our support team is at your service 24/7. Our operating hours are 365 Days a Year, 24/7. You can typically expect a response within 1 hour of submitting your inquiry.

**Refund Policy:

For issue resolution, please contact our support department. If unsatisfied, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days. Domain names, SSL Certificates, and services provided by third parties are non-refundable. VPS or Dedicated servers are non-refundable. Setup fees and promotional purchases are also non-refundable. Credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.

No refunds will be issued if we terminate your hosting or other services due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

**SLA Conditions:

If uptime falls below 99.9% in a month, you can claim one free month within 7 days. Planned maintenance is excluded. Dedicated servers have no SLA. Uptime is calculated through our status page.

**Affiliates:

Affiliate links must not be masked, hidden, or modified. Avoid spamming or advertising in rule-breaking areas. Violations will be reported.
